Seamless While pulling out of my neighborhood on my way to I-95 to work I noticed a strange sound coming from my front left tire area on my 2018 Passat. I pull While pulling out of my neighborhood on my way to I-95 to work I noticed a strange sound coming from my front left tire area on my 2018 Passat. I pulled over and found a large screw in my tire. I immediately drove to the dealership, pulled up and told them of my emergency and asked for my Service Professional Lucas Reis. Lucas assessed my tire and said they would take it in the shop and see what needed to be done. 10 minutes later he came back and told me I needed a new tire because the tire punctured on the outside. They put a new tire on and I was on my way in about 30minutes! Lucas Reis is the best!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 More
