Construction Issues Negate Good Service Up to this point my service experience has been wonderful. For this service I scheduled my appointment and expected a loaner as per my agreement when Up to this point my service experience has been wonderful. For this service I scheduled my appointment and expected a loaner as per my agreement when my vehicle was purchased and as I have had each prior service. I get to the dealership to be told that due to construction, I would have to take a shuttle to Enterprise, pick up the car and then return to the dealership to remove items from my car - all in opposite directions from where I had to go. When I made the appointment, nothing was said that I needed to add approximately an hour to pick up the car and return it to Enterprise when I was picking up the car the next day. I completely understand your need to expand. What I do not understand is your firms lack of compassion when setting the appointment without telling the customer of the change, Unfortunately, my service advisor had to take my disappointment with the process. This process made me late for my meeting that evening. Dominic was great and understood and volunteered to return he car to Enterprise so I was not late to another appointment - he is great but the working conditions provided to him makes it very difficult for him to help his customer. It took too long. I was at the dealership 6 hours and I paid cash. The check was given on Saturday evening and was told it would not clear until Thursday. I also have not gotten all the luggage covers or PIN numbers to get the car talking back to me. If you are going to sell 80k autos for cash you should take better care of the customer. More
