I'm not sure if you're using a new answering service but no one knows what is going on and the whole process was extremely frustrating. Because this was so difficult, I called my service rep, Grody, three separate times, with days in between, & left THREE separate voicemails with my cell number. I never got a call back. I had to have my husband schedule the service. SIXTH time is a charm, right? When the car was serviced, Grody wasn't the one that took the car in like usual. That's fine if they've put me with another service rep, but it would be nice to let me--a customer of four years--know. The new rep tried to charge me for patching a tire when I purchased all four at the dealership less than 6 months ago, which is definitely in my file. He only ammended the charge after I said something. Grody saw me while I was checking out at the counter & scurried the opposite direction. After giving them my new cell number time & time again--even when dropping off the car, it was WRONG on the paperwork yet AGAIN by one number. They called the wrong number when everything was finished which delayed us picking up the car by an entire day. Are these people sleeping?? My experience at Gunther Volkswagen after being a customer for FOUR YEARS is honestly deplorable, I hate having to take my car in. If there were a closer dealership I would go there. I would never buy a car here, I would never send a friend here. I have given Grody an earful before when I was less than pleased with a service a year or so ago. They got the job done at a D grade customer service level with no major problems until now. I've never said anything to management because I didn't want to interact with anyone at this place longer than necessary. More

They over charge and lie to your face. Get one charge from the techs, another price from the people inside. They hide charges. And miraculously your car breaks after your bring it here. I needed a key this time (after numerous repairs) and was told $99 by an outside tech. Inside Juan tells me it's $155 programmed. Ok fine let's order it. I get it and now they tell me it's another $100 to program the $155 key. You little liar. Manager comes out and is a jerk about it and calls me a liar. Awful service, awful company. Don't go here.
