an excellent experience at Gunther VW I brought my car in for a recall notice which i had received on my 2017 Passat. Over Priced Slow Service I normally receive good service at a fair price but my last visit was the opposite. I was not informed of the $110 price for an oil change ahead of ti I normally receive good service at a fair price but my last visit was the opposite. I was not informed of the $110 price for an oil change ahead of time or that I would be there for 2.5 hours even though I had an appointment. The new waiting area is nice but sitting in the middle of the dealer floor is uncomfortable - should be in a corner (with TV.), The service area seems to have become more a profit center, including sales pitches for recommended services rather than a way to get in and out quickly for a fair price. I was also very disappointed in the sales team when I tried to lease a new Volvo last year. They were over priced and unresponsive. I ended up leasing a BMW.. Gunther needs to step up there game at both locations in sales and service. Consumers have many options and high expectations at the luxury level. Volvo is NOT VW. My phone call to the service manager with these concerns was never returned after my visit More
