Being the first time I brought my new car for service I was concerned about everything since I take care of my cars to last a lifetime. I asked Christian to please put his best foot forward and he exceeded expectations. He completed my recall in 30 minutes than went the extra mile to secure and additional recall item that I had not scheduled. The service Tech Donnie took the extra time to explain to me the process of the recall along with the protocol. We gave my car the nickname the patient who was in for surgery. I could not have picked 2 better people to take care of my new car. I am grateful for all the attention to detail and professionalism during the whole process. They made my day my week and my year knowing that as long as they are around my car is in great hands. Mr Gunther you the dream team in service with these 2 gentleman. For most of us our car is the second largest investment in our lifetime and servicing it is key. This dealership has also gone the extra mile to blend in with our community Town Of Gulf Stream being sensitive to the environment and the impact.
