Personalized help When ever I call for service I have a go to guy, He gives me his phone number, he knows who I am and is always helpful. While waiting on the transport When ever I call for service I have a go to guy, He gives me his phone number, he knows who I am and is always helpful. While waiting on the transport to get a loaner car, I over heard a conversation between another service tech and a customer, so I guess everyone has a dedicated service tech, which is great! The only complaint is that if you need a loaner car you have to go to Enterprise about 8 miles away and get one from them. I which Gunther would just loan you a VW or Volvo from their lot. It may even boost sales if you loaned a car you never tried and liked it. More

Fast Service I was very disappointed with the after sale because of an issue with receiving a new key and floor mats that were suppose to come with my 2016 Passat. Everything was taken care of finally. The service department is really do a good job of getting you in and out in a timely fashion. More

Not happy with service and advisor Drew Swaby. My car had ran over a concrete curb and car shifts in reverse a loud noise is heard. The findings and or recommendations by the technician after the My car had ran over a concrete curb and car shifts in reverse a loud noise is heard. The findings and or recommendations by the technician after the so call "inspection" of my car was not printed on my receipt. The technician did not even spend 30 minutes inspecting the car. Drew Swaby only gave me some form of verbal explanation. He refused to give me a printed estimate and the MANAGER was no help also. I have been dealing with VW for over 25 years, I know that when an estimate is given it is done professionally on printed paper, not hand written. If I was to bring the estimate to my insurance company it would have been unacceptable and had to be printed. I should not have been charged $70 for no work done. More

Purchase used car Been going to Gunther Volvo for over 9 years and always have the best experience with the service team that I felt comfortable buying a used VW. I knew that I would be taken care of and not taken advantage of. My experience was very good with sales but it is Dominick Espada and Vasil Blagoev that make the overall time spent at the dealership worth every minute. Dominick and Vasil understand what customer service truly means and never disappoint. The mechanics are top notch- Donnie and BK both remember my car and me over the years of servicing my Volvo. The should have been detailed. This is the 2nd time my car had this same issue. I’m not sure why it wasn’t resolved the first time.
