No key or paperwork Went outside saw car ready Asked why I’m waiting Someone checked and serviceman came in gave me keys and I signed paperwork and left Time wasted 1 hour 40 minutes! A TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME!!! More

Recall I had Made an appointment for the recall and was told that I would receive a phone call if the parts were not available. I did not receive a call so I I had Made an appointment for the recall and was told that I would receive a phone call if the parts were not available. I did not receive a call so I arrived at my appointment time, checked in and had someone picking me up. About 10 minutes later I was advised that they did NOT have the part and I would have to come back. Again I made arrangements to come back a 2nd time. More

Poor customer service I dropped my car off at 9:00 am and was told that they would diagnose the problem and call to let me know what was wrong and how long they would need I dropped my car off at 9:00 am and was told that they would diagnose the problem and call to let me know what was wrong and how long they would need to keep my car. No one called. When I called at 6:00 pm,the service dept. was already closed and the service advisor’s voicemail was full. I only got an update on the status of my car the following afternoon after making three calls to ask for information.. Despite the fact that the car needed to be there from Tuesday until Saturday, for battery malfunction, I was told that I could not get a loaner. After much arguing I was told that I could get a loaner on Friday. The general attitude is that they were doing me a favor offering a loaner while a luxury SUV was under warranty repairs. Additionally, the service representative suggested that I shouldn’t get one because I had returned a loaner on “Empty” which was not true. On a previous occasion, I had received the car with a 1/2 tank of gas and when I returned it, the needle was still on 1/2 and I admitted that I had been in a rush and didn’t stop to top it up as the needle hadn’t fallen below the 1/2 tank level. I used their shuttle service when I dropped my car off and it took 2 hours to get to my destination. The service advisor called the driver and was annoyed that he had agreed to drop me in West Boca even though I had specifically asked the front desk and the driver if this was within their service radius and was told that it was. Overall, the service experience was way below normal standards . Never going back. More
