Don’t get ripped off! I brought my beetle in because there was a problem with the ignition switch on the steering column. The mechanics reviewed that and told me I had add I brought my beetle in because there was a problem with the ignition switch on the steering column. The mechanics reviewed that and told me I had additional problems including a leaking vacuum pump. They also noted other problems which they felt had to be fixed immediately. I chose to only have the ignition fixed and one other issue and decided to get a second opinion on the vacuum pump. I went to a local German car mechanic who informed me after checking carefully, that there was no leak whatsoever from the vacuum pump and that I had been misinformed. The cost that was quoted to me by Gunther was over $1000. Don’t trust them ! More

Wonderful I had an unexpected engine light come on when I was leaving work to go home late on a Friday. I was scheduled to pickup my family next day from the ai I had an unexpected engine light come on when I was leaving work to go home late on a Friday. I was scheduled to pickup my family next day from the airport from out of town and when I called my Volvo service advisor-Dominic, he setup my appt but asked that I come first thing when they open in order for them to run the diagnostics since that indicator light could be any number of issues and this would shorten my wait time. Very considerate and thoughtful. When he came in, he verified some info and checked in with me took about 1hr and returned letting me know the issue was a sensor located in the gas cap area and it thinks there'sa leak, but none found.This apparatus is made of plastic. He replaced the part and performed a system update at the same time that took an hour and half. He is always engaging and humorous in his mannerisms, knowledgeable and experienced in his field and this helps promote confidence that your auto issues are going to be addressed effectively, as efficiently as possible and that he cares about your service while you are there. This is why the service was rated wonderful. Fyi, When I received my Volvo XC60 back, is was washed and vacuumed inside! Looked like new again. Thank you! More

She said yes once I got there come to find out I was sold into getting brake fluid which I didn't need especially in FL I only had about 29k on my car. 2nd the sales man Alex screwed me over with adding certified warranty which I didn't want. & Was told the warranty added on was to cover oil changes and etc..which it wasn't I will never buy a car from Vw Delray ever again! I plan on following up with corporate on the matter. It's extremely unethical. More
