Great experience, Volvo S90 Inquired about the Volvo S90. Promptly received a response from Michael Brown whom made the process as easygoing as possible. She had the car ready wh Inquired about the Volvo S90. Promptly received a response from Michael Brown whom made the process as easygoing as possible. She had the car ready when we arrived at the dealership late on a Friday night. Test drive was pleasant and after negotiation agreed on a price. Michaela and the sales manager stayed very late that evening to close the deal after some computer system issues. Returned the next day and the car was ready for pick up. Michaela, and a vehicle specialist, ran me through the features of the car; of which there are many. There were a few hiccups with processing the S90 competitor release program, however Michaela maintained communication and followed up until complete. Overall, great experience. Very happy with our first Volvo! More
