I was aided in obtaining a loaner car, and they even helped me unload the packages from my car into the loaner. They were professional, polite and informative. walked in 15 minutes to closing... walked out with a XC60 I walked in just before closing to get some numbers only. I expected to be rushed out but Jonathan greeted me and welcomed me to take my time. He neve I walked in just before closing to get some numbers only. As I told him.... if he rushed me along I would have left as I wasn’t expecting to actually buy a car there and then. So, in a nutshell, I left the dealership about 1.5 hours later in a beautiful fully loaded XC 60!!! The essential staff stayed back with Jonathan to put together my contract and clean the car up sparkling!! Jonathan spent time with me in the car showing me the many features. He assisted to register with Volvo On Call and connect my phone. He helped me unload all my stuff from the Caddy into the Volvo! He reminded me to take my Sun Pass sticker from my windshield! I’ve had BMWs, Cadillacs, Lexus,....never considered a Volvo....until now. The new Volvos are stunning and the interior outshine the BMW by far.
