I also felt that it took way to long to purchase the car. In all though; Hanson was very nice, very friendly and gave us some great deals on our new car. My only complaint is, what I consider, an excessive dealer facilitation fee--it was so much easier and cost effective when you could purchase a leased vehicle directly through Volkswagen Credit.
