On the contrary, we took our vehicle in for warranty service just this past week and had an unpleasant experience with David Butley, the service manager. Not only did he feel the automated call should be a sufficient form of communication, he was rude and nasty. My wife called many times, left 3 messages, and sent text messages to David, simply to confirm that the automated message was accurate. However, we did not receive one return call. David handled this matter very poorly and turned a loyal customer away. Not sure who reads these reviews, but I would hope someone from the executive team other than David contacts me back. More
