Sergio followed through on Superb Customer Service! I called Sergio after leaving the Delray Gunther dealership. I told Sergio that I was hesitant to even start with him because Delray had treated my h I called Sergio after leaving the Delray Gunther dealership. He insisted that I needed to work with him and that he would guarantee "a much better experience" with him. Well, he was correct! When we arrived at the dealership, the car that I wanted to see was parked out front. The other cars that I wanted to compare were parked close by and ready for me to analyze not only with my own eyes and knowledge, but with his expertise knowledge of each vehicle. They took time to explain all the features and how to use them on new car. Finance was quick and also explained the add ons....took 3 but not all.
