The salesman mistakenly entered a $10,000 downpayment when that was never discussed. He also mistakenly did not remember my maximum financing despite numerous reminders. He took no responsibility. Luckily Angel was there who didn't do anything in particular except being sympathetic, encouraging and reminding me that this should be an exciting event. He followed up and went above and beyond. Another reason for a low score is there was only one finance closer and I had to wait 90 minutes to get in and close the deal. Afterwards, management did not follow up by providing a second key or touch up paint. They stood behind the desk, behind the glass and could not care less about fixing the problems, small and large with me. I would never recommend the dealership to another person. BUT if you do go, ask for Angel - he's an amazing salesperson. More

What a great car buying experience! They had the car I wanted in stock exactly the way I wanted it. Then they made me the right deal on my trade and got me the lease payment I wanted.
