My broker (Mr Robert Perry) was very pleasant but I despise the branch's attempt to "sell" me an "optional" Pinnacle package. If something is an option then the client has full rights to refuse or decl despise the branch's attempt to "sell" me an "optional" Pinnacle package. If something is an option then the client has full rights to refuse or decline such an option. I walked in to buy a car at the advertised price but then I was told "I had to pay the OPTIONAL Pinnacle package as it was already included"... None the less, I am very happy with the vehicle and my purchase. More
