Terrible Terrible Terrible Costumer Service!!!!! Vista VW is the worst service department I have ever had to deal with! My first experience was mediocre, at best. After my second visit, which led to a 3rd and 4th visit, I will NOT be going back. The waiting area is a joke, with only 5 or 6 chairs for a service waiting area, most of the clients have to stand if they wait. But, my real issue is the staff. Everyone I have been in contact with have been inattentive and/or rude. There is no excuse for the way the staff is allowed to speak to the clients! More

Terrible customer service I purchased a brand new Jetta s cash from the dealership, the internet manager and sales guy were fine, unfortunately an hour after getting my car out I purchased a brand new Jetta s cash from the dealership, the internet manager and sales guy were fine, unfortunately an hour after getting my car out of the lot, the AC did not work. The car was in service for four days out of the first five days I had it. I was offered a car wash for my trouble. What a joke! I asked for an extended warranty on the AC as I was told it was an easy computer fix. Which was not as I took the car two times again foe,the same problem. Gunther VW fixed it even though they were not the dealer that sold me the car. Bottom line, there are other dealerships which care about their customers I would certainly shop for a VW somewhere else. More

Purchased my car in November of 2010. 7000 miles on it. The right front tire is shredding on the wall. Brought to dealer service 3x. They changed tire once. Same problem months later. They moved the tires around and now the tire they moved to the front is shredding. I brought the car in and the dealership has so far not done anything to fix the car, but rather they want me to purchase more tires. Not getting anywhere with Service. My Service Consultant blatantly lied to me the other day and said the Service Manager had reviewed my car (without putting it on a lift) and determined the problem was because of my driving. After not getting anywhere with him, I called Sales Manager Ruben who told me that the Service Manager was on vacation and was never in. Total lie. Last month when I had the car in for service, I was also told the Service Manager evaluated the car, but when I asked to speak to him, he was unavailable. This is the second car I have with Vista VW. Part of my lease agreement includes service. This is not service. I am very unsatisfied. If you buy a Volkswagen, don't buy from Vista, go to Gunther. More

Worst dealer ever. Please stay away, I have never believed in these types of reviews but I am writing so others don't go through what I have with these dealers. Full of scam artists and cheap tricks if you are trying to buy a car. The tricks are so bad that anyone can see through the BS. I was promised out the door price at the APR I wanted over the phone and email and after showing up at the dealer they wasted my time showing the car, they changed their price and said it was no out the door price and were not giving the APR. We walked away and went to Gunther who were fair and honest and got the deal we wanted. I don't know how they can getup everyday and look at themselves in the mirror. Please stay away. Remember if its too good to be true, it probably is. More

Ruben told me and my cousin that Vista could get a NEW 2012 White Gold Metallic CC for me (he said it was at the port of Miami) and convinced me to drive to Pompano from Sarasota, promising that the car w 2012 White Gold Metallic CC for me (he said it was at the port of Miami) and convinced me to drive to Pompano from Sarasota, promising that the car would be at the dealership when I arrived. When I got there, a different manager told me that he would have it the next day and even verbally negotiated a price with me. He said it would be delivered to the dealership the next day. The next morning, a salesman called me and said that he was looking at a 2012 with 4,000 miles, and asked if I wanted that one at a big discount. I said no. When I asked about the new car they had confirmed, he said that they were expecting it that afternoon, and he would call me when it arrived. I was still excited, anticipating that they would get the car. I am not unreasonable and was polite throughout, but apparently they were being decpetive from the start. No one called me back and they even refused to take my calls- I tried to reach both the salesperson and the managers. The receptionist kept saying they were with other customers. What a bunch of liars! Go anywhere else to buy your car. They are not nice people. More

Absolutely horrible customer service. They diagnosed and replaced my brake light switch. I drove car for a week to find out I had no brake lights. The brake fuse has been good since 2002 and is still working 2 weeks after it was changed. dealer insists they would not diagnose the car with out me paying the diagnostic fee. They also said my complaint about the cruise control not working was wrong. Sid it was working fine. It did not work on my way to the repair facility, but started working again after the fuse was replaced by a reputable repair facility. More
