Gupton Motors - Service Center

I took my vehicle here recently. I had an appointment for the service engine light on. I go there sit for 6 hours with no one having any idea as to what is wrong with it. I ask Jade what is going on and she the service engine light on. I go there sit for 6 hours with no one having any idea as to what is wrong with it. I ask Jade what is going on and she said they were to busy to deal with it. Not only was I mad because I sat there for so long, but was given attitude form this girl. I asked how much longer? and she said I will check when I get a minute! So I waited for another 1 and half hours, asked Jade again and she said oh I forgot! She finally comes back and says it will be tomorrow before they can look at it! I was furious and had to find another way home and back the next day! They then tell me after sitting there until 3 pm before I was told that it was fixed. They could not explain what they had done to it to fix it. They also could not tell me what was wrong with it. I leave and make it 6 miles down the road and it stops in the middle of the road!!!! It was never fixed and I had it towed to another shop that was great and my car has been running just perfect!!!! Never go here!!!!!!!!!!! More
