After going to several dealers in search for a new Hyundai Elantra I decided to try Gurnee Hyundai based on the reviews. I am happy to say I was not disappointed. I thought all car salesman were the same, I was proven wrong here. Wael was my salesperson he is not your usual car salesman. He is upfront and out to get you the best deal. After working with Wael, Fabian, Jonathan and Bob at financing who was wonderful. I can say with certainty that I will be a loyal customer at Gurnee Hyundai. My only wish is that I would of considered them before all the other dealerships. It would of saved me a ton of stress and frustration. They treated me with respect, I explained in detail the issues that I was having, they continued to ask questions to help me explain it.
