I was disappointed that ever car on there lot, including all the other models, have $2200-$3600 in dealer add-ons put on the vehicles. You may get money off of the sticker but they take it back with all the add-ons. I did buy from them but will definitely shop around harder to avoid all the add-ons. More

Now, I need to return to have service correct this issue again. Also, Tom, needs to communicate better with customers. He needs to work on being more customer focused and not so intimidating. We agreed in advance to some discounts on services, then when I asked if they were applied he looked as if I was asking too much and "pushing the envelope." Overall, the experience is what I expected, no better or no worse than in the past. More
