Absolutely terrible customer service. I don’t normally complain but this one was unacceptable. Picked my truck up and took it to a different dealership. Couldn’t get ahold of my service a I don’t normally complain but this one was unacceptable. Picked my truck up and took it to a different dealership. Couldn’t get ahold of my service advisor for the longest time. Had a 7am appt on a Thursday and I dropped it off the night before. Didn’t hear a peep from them until I had to call them 10+ times Friday evening to finally get ahold of my advisor. More
