Waited 3 1/2 hours while people who got there after me got serviced and left before me. Bad communication, felt out of place. Was told to pull into a bay to be ignored and looked at like I was crazy. Horrible customer service they really don't care about their customers i will not recommend anyone to go to this place. After taking my perfect yukon for some recalls and picking it up a day later to only their customers i will not recommend anyone to go to this place. After taking my perfect yukon for some recalls and picking it up a day later to only find out that now I have a water leak on my roof and my front camera doesn't work anymore. After taking it back my rep Stan call me back to tell me that after talking to the technician he claims that none of this issues are there fault and that I have to pay over 2000 to get everything fixed, after telling him that it was nothing wrong before taking it to him he advised me to talk to his manager Tam which I call the next day around 8:30am he told me that he didn't know how the back spoiler clip got damaged but it wasn't their fault and that even though they have to completely reset my yukon that he didn't knew why front camera got reprogram but he was going to check with his tech and call me back in a few hours. I ask him so I will be getting a phone call from u in a few hours which he replied yes. The day ended and he never called me back. The next day I waited all day and he also never call. I try to reach out on multiple occasions to Him and Stan and I was never able to get in touch with anyone. I ended up going to the dealership which is over 20 minutes away from my house to find out what was going on. The manager was apparently gone for the day but Stan was ther. He got a extremely nasty attitude like I own him something, when I ask for a update he's replied was. We'll we already told u how much is to get it fix. I told him that Tam supposed to be talking to the tech about the camara issue that got reprogram and supposed to. All me back a day ago and I never received a call. Which he replied well I talk to him and like u said it wasn't our fault so u have to pay to get everything fixed. I told him that I try to call both of them multiple times and nobody ever unswer me. He ask me if I left a message which I unswer no but I call multiple times to both of u and I was promised a call back since yesterday and his reply was was well we are pretty busy here so if u don't live a message there is no way we can get in touch. I told him that his manager been a manager promise a call back. I don't think I should have to be the one chasing no body or driving over 20 minutes just to find out an update on my vehicle. He literally just look it me and told me so do u want u car do u want to pick it up which I was extremely frustrated and I replied yes just give me my keys. But now I'm left with a vehicle that leaks when it rains n front camera doesn't work. More
