I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived, I was told it would like 1 hour to complete and would receive a phone call when finished. I told Derrick that I had a date and somewhere to be. He literally laughed out loud to me and said "well you aren't making that." It will be another hour till my truck is ready. This was the most unprofessional way to be spoken to and showed zero care about a customer's time. More
