Joshua (Rumer), the facts don’t change no matter how many sites you post on. You purchased a 2007 Mustang as-is on 7/16/25 and declined the optional warranty. Now, more than two months later, after driving the car without issue all that time, you’re suddenly blasting us online about a transmission problem. Instead of reaching out to us first, you went to another shop for a $4,000 quote and then started posting negative reviews everywhere. What we actually did was immediately step up and offer to handle the repair for $1,500, which means we’d be covering nearly $2,000 out of our own pocket—something no dealership is required to do. The reality is simple: you can’t buy a 17-year-old used car, decline warranty coverage, drive it for months, and then act like it should perform like a brand-new vehicle. Posting the same review across multiple sites doesn’t make your claims true—it just makes you look unreasonable.
