Best Customer Service Experience I Have Ever Had! I was in the market for a 2017 Toyota 4Runner, but I was extremely upside down on the vehicle I wanted to trade in. I contacted HM Brown based solely I was in the market for a 2017 Toyota 4Runner, but I was extremely upside down on the vehicle I wanted to trade in. I contacted HM Brown based solely on their reputation. I was blessed to have Bryan Bennett take my call. I brought the vehicle down to the HM Brown office one afternoon a couple of weeks ago, Bryan performed a trade in evaluation on the vehicle I wanted to trade in (this process only took 20 mins). I explained to Bryan exactly what I wanted and he told me he would see what he could get for my vehicle. a few days later, Bryan contacted me and gave me the news that I was severely upside down. Undeterred, I took Bryan on a roller coaster of indecision and other vehicles I could settle on. Bryan wouldn't let me settle, he knew what I wanted and reminded me of that every step of the way. Bryan kept working on my behalf and found a trade in buyer that offered a full $1k higher than the initial trade in estimate. This difference made everything possible, with my down payment and the additional $1k he found for me, I was able to roll only $1k of negative equity over. Knowing that I wanted a specific monthly payment, he walked me through the prospect of a lease which gave me a monthly payment nearly $100 less than my max on the exact vehicle that I wanted. This allowed me to essentially refinance the negative equity at a much lower interest rate, pay that negative equity off faster and provide fantastic options at the end of my lease. I was able to get the exact vehicle I wanted for a better price than I could have hoped for. Bryan worked around my schedule and setup a late meeting so my wife and I could come complete the signing of the paperwork after work. The paperwork took 25 mins and I was on the road. Fast forward one day, I wanted clear bra and tint added to the vehicle. Bryan was able to get me the best pricing I have ever seen on that service and an appointment within 48 hours of my original purchase. Knowing I was pressed for time, he allowed me to bring my new 4Runner over early the next morning and gave me a loaner vehicle so I wouldn't have to get a ride. After the clear bra and tint were applied, he met me with my 4Runner at my job site. My effort level throughout this process was essentially none. Bryan did ALL the work and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Bryan has a customer for life and I will refer everyone I know to him. Jeremy called me early in the morning on his first day back from vacation to let me know he had my truck. It was everything I had asked for and more. In just one day!
