I left him a voice message and he actually returned my call while still on vacation. He invited me to leave him a detailed email about what I was looking for. I sent him an email outlining what kind of vehicle I was looking for. I thought it would take several weeks if not months to find just the right truck for me. Jeremy called me early in the morning on his first day back from vacation to let me know he had my truck. It was everything I had asked for and more. In just one day! My daughter Holly, bought a Jeep through Craig Cowell a couple of years ago and really talked him up, so I thought I’d give Craig a call. He literally helped me through the whole process. At one point I had to put our search on hold & he was great. He said “take your time & let me know when I can help.” In ten days I was back in touch and we went from there.
