I never felt like I was being cheated in the process, as Brandon was endlessly educated and clearly cared about me and what I needed/wanted in a new car. My process ended up being annoyingly complex due to me being a resident in California, but Brandon was unfailingly there for me through each complication. He went out of his way multiple times, while being in another state, to figure out everything that had to be done to get my car registered. If I had gone through a dealership, I would have had no one to help me through it all. I didn't have to deal with paperwork and trying to understand what all of it meant. Brandon broke everything down for me and answered all of my questions honestly. Brandon made my first experience with a new car easy and I am so grateful for his service.
