I had never considered leasing a car before, until Brandon informed me of countless benefits specific to my situation. I never felt like I was being cheated in the process, as Brandon was endlessly educated and clearly cared about me and what I needed/wanted in a new car. My process ended up being annoyingly complex due to me being a resident in California, but Brandon was unfailingly there for me through each complication. He went out of his way multiple times, while being in another state, to figure out everything that had to be done to get my car registered. If I had gone through a dealership, I would have had no one to help me through it all. I didn't have to deal with paperwork and trying to understand what all of it meant.
