I don't buy cars frequently, and when I have in the past, my experiences were not great. Kurt not only worked very hard to find my top choice, but also made sure my car met all of the stringent quality checks (mechanical and body). Communication throughout the process from Kurt was awesome during the whole search, acquisition, delivery and beyond! The car I bought had a roof bike rack, but it was missing some parts. Before I had even seen the car, Kurt and his team at HM had figured out what was missing, ordered the parts, and he called me right when they came in...he even offered to have someone drop them off at my office. When I hear of someone looking to buy a car, I tell them to go see Kurt because he has a lot of integrity and is genuinely a really good guy. I know when I buy any cars in the future I will definitely go back to see Kurt! More
