This past April is my best experience yet, and they've all been 5 stars. We talked about what I wanted, and Phil went to work. First, what I wanted wasn't easily available and he tracked one down and got a local dealer to make a trade for it. I was on an extended vacation but Phil kept plugging to find me the best deal, sell an older car for me as a part of the down payment and get me an early release at no charge on my leased vehicle. Through texts and email, Phil kept me posted, let me email info he needed and literally the morning after I returned from my vacation I got my new car, no hassles, great price and the financing I wanted. It couldn't have been any better. Phil always hits it out of the park, but somehow he topped that. More

I don't think I could ever shop anywhere else! I went in search for a car around 2 years ago. The dealerships feel so cheesy, and as soon as you say you are looking for a used car you get passed off to someone who isn't interested in hearing what you would LIKE to test drive and only shows you what they HAVE in stock at the time. H M Brown was 100% different. I met Jeff through a friend. He came with glowing reviews from several people I knew. The first day we started working together he drove a car to my work to pick me up for lunch! It was a 2012 Nissan Juke with AWD in a nice compact frame. I hadn't even considered the Juke before that day, but I was looking for a compact AWD vehicle. The next morning (Saturday), Jeff had 6 cars lined up in the parking lot for me to test drive, 4 of the ones I requested (Subaru Crosstrek, Mini Cooper, Honda CRV, and the Subaru Legacy) along with two I had never considered (a larger Nissan and an Infinity sedan). And of course, the Juke. After test driving them all back to back I was still a little skeptical of my favorite pick of the day, the Juke. I had planned on buying a Cooper or a Subaru for my next car. Jeff said that was no problem that I needed time. He talked to his boss and let me borrow the Juke for the rest of the weekend so I could be sure that was my car! Who does that? Such amazing service. I call Jeff up Monday morning and told him I had driven the Juke into work that day and would sign the paperwork at the end of my shift. Jeff came and picked up the car from my work parking lot to have it cleaned and detailed, then came back at the end of the day to pick me up. He stayed late that night because I didn't get off of work on time. Because HM Brown is a broker and not a regular dealer I got to test drive all the cars I wanted, in the price range and model year I wanted, without having to deal with a salesman trying to push me into what they had in stock. Jeff gathered it all for me in one place. When I have had questions about how my warranty covered something or what the noise was that my car was making I texted Jeff and he immediately got back to me with the answer or promised to find me a solution. I can't even begin to tell you how great my experience was. If I could they would get 10 stars! More

Jeff Jamieson's friendliness, professionalism, attention to detail, and punctuality made this whole process as smooth as can be. Even with something as rare as a pre-owned Tesla, there was so little friction involved. I told Jeff I wanted a Tesla and he went and found the perfect one for me. I didn't have to haggle or wait around a dealer lot for a financing person to do whatever it is they do. H M Brown makes it so easy that with the exception of the test drive and signing the paperwork, I didn't even have to leave my office. Jeff even gave me the option of doing most of our communication over text and email. Buying my dream car barely even interrupted my work day, that's how easy H M Brown makes the car-buying experience. I don't want to go anywhere else in the future. Other thoughts: * I've since asked Jeff for additional help - he pointed me to a great tire shop, offered advice for some body work after an accident, and their detailers did fantastic work cleaning the vehicle. * During his first yearly customer satisfaction check-in, Jeff offered and was able to start the process to refinance the car under even better rates than I previously had! I wouldn't have even thought to do that so his proactive approach saved me a bundle! * H M Brown's entire staff was great to work with.
