I also know what I do and what I don’t know. Buying a used car unseen is something I am not accustomed or comfortable doing. I turned to H.M. Brown & Associates 6377 S. Revere Parkway #450 Centennial, CO 80111. I used H.M. Brown several years earlier when I lived in the Denver Colorado area and leased some vehicles for my wife and for my work. H.M. Brown helped me out then and I thought I would give them another chance. Turns out I know a man who now works there. I worked with Daniel K. Hinrichs - Auto Broker. Dan asked me questions that made me think and fine tune what I was looking for. Throughout the process I came up with new parameters of what I wanted and Dan was always on the spot with advice. Most of my ideas were right on but Dan was able to plug in the pros and cons of particular power trains, editions, styles, options, etc., that I was looking at. I went through 3 different makes and 6 different models before I figured out what I was going to purchase. Dan was patient with me and gave me the expert advice I needed to make an informed decision. Dan looked first locally and then started to increase the radial search. Needless to say I was picky, even down to the acceptable colors of the used car. Dan searched nationwide until we found what I would accept. After we found what I was looking for, Dan was able to close the deal and take care of all the paperwork for me, and secure me the car. Dan could have had the car delivered directly to my door but I decided I wanted to see the car first and save the transportation cost by picking up the car personally. Dan’s service and H.M.
