I am very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Unfortunately this process took longer then normal because the Lexus being almost 20 years old needed more work then most vehicles typically need which was explained to Howard at the time of purchase. During this lengthy process I did offer Howard his money back in full on more then one occasion but he didn’t want to take that option he wanted to move forward with the process and wait for the Lexus to be finished. As far as the warranty goes we follow the state of Ct guidelines which state a vehicle 2012 or newer is sold with a 60 day 3000 mile warranty and any vehicle that is 2011 or older is sold as is. With that being said we still want all of our customers to have a good buying experience and never to walk away unhappy.I would be glad to discuss this with you and your husband to see if we can come up with a solution that works for everyone. Anthony, You didn’t respond to any of the issues that I addressed in my review: like the fact that Paul didn’t even bother to notify us the car wasn’t ready TWICE, and the fact that you refused to address the seat belt safety issue even after you stated several times “that you take care of ALL safety issues”. The long repair process was not the issue, the total lack of communication was the problem- no one communicated what was going on or what was being done, and why it was taking so long, You and Paul put IN WRITING that you would give us a 30 day warranty, but when it came down to it you would not stand behind your word even though we had it in writing!! So it doesn’t matter what your normal procedure is, because you put it in writing but then you reneged on it. For a company that strives for 100% satisfaction, you failed completely. So what solution are you actually suggesting ???
