We agreed to a price on a specific vehicle/mileage and let the salesman Mo Sakha know we were coming from out of town and purchasing a flight to pick up the car. We agreed to terms and flew down to complete the sale. Upon arrival, the cars actual mileage was 13,000 miles OVER what was advertised for that VIN on their website and on all the documents we had related to the sale. Apparently they knew the mileage did not match and had us fly down anyhow. Reporting to multiple agencies. More

This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially for a business that is supposed to prioritize trust and care. I came in expecting knowledgeable support and courteous treatment — instead, I left feeling disrespected and incredibly disappointed. If this is how your dealership routinely treats customers, I sincerely question how you manage to retain business. I hope you take this complaint seriously and implement appropriate measures to address your staff’s conduct and overall customer service experience. More
