From the moment I arrived, I was met with a dismissive and unwelcoming attitude. Not only was the staff unhelpful, but they also made no effort to communicate clearly or respectfully. I felt ignored, talked down to, and treated as though my time and concerns did not matter. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially for a business that is supposed to prioritize trust and care. I came in expecting knowledgeable support and courteous treatment — instead, I left feeling disrespected and incredibly disappointed. If this is how your dealership routinely treats customers, I sincerely question how you manage to retain business. I hope you take this complaint seriously and implement appropriate measures to address your staff’s conduct and overall customer service experience. More
