Not treated good I had a very bad experience with the sales person Brian. He treated us very badly. They themselves called for trade-in , so I went there since anyway I had a very bad experience with the sales person Brian. He treated us very badly. They themselves called for trade-in , so I went there since anyway i need to give my car for general service and also have a plan to change my car. After going there they didn’t say the trade in value first , they want me choose new/used car then only they can tell trade in value for my car. After spending 1hrs they said they can give only $3000 for my Nissan Altima 2010 ,77k miles. We thought value is less and said the same to sale manager Brian . He came became rude and he spoke we came to waste their time and worthless. We felt very bad at moment :( . They are treating people based on dressing and ethnicity or race. I suggest not to go here until unless you dressed good or looks good. More

While the negotiation was similar to most, he was extremely respectful and understanding of what I was willing to pay for and what I was not. He did everything he could to get the price to where we wanted it to be. In the end, we worked out a deal and were happy to buy the car from him! More

Even when I was at the dealership, there was no long wait because if Ray had to take care of another guest or task, then his partner Shovan would step in and assist me with whatever I needed in the process. These gentlemen were great and got me into a new car without all of the smoke and mirrors I usually see at a number of the dealerships I've been dealing with. More
