This dealership will tell you anything and everything for you to sign. I have left the GM Steven 4 messages in the last week. He has yet to return my calls. I purchased a car 10/30, delivered to me at home (not free). there were issues, the salesperson took pictures of the problems and with every intension of addressing the problem (so i have hoped). well it's been almost 2 months, Mutiple text messages and phone calls later.... nothing has been addressed. Oh, and my registration has not been processed either. so GOOD LUCK buying a car from them . More

Contacted the dealership today around noon. Spoke with the lady on the phone no name. Asked if she had a Nissan versa. 2023 available. She stated yes we have plenty come on in we are having a VIP event today. When I got there I met Kimo salesman. He asked me a few questions and came back with his Manager Isidro. When Isidro approached me he said we need to do a credit check in order proceed. He also stated the cars are not on the lot and we should run your credit before we do anything else. Is this guy for real have a credit score like I have you think I'm gonna let just anyone run my credit without seeing a vehicle that I wanna buy. Is this really how you get customers to purchase vehicles from Nissan. He simply disregarded my request of seeing a Nissan Versa. I wasted my time and energy to come and see these vehicles that the lady said they had for this VIP event. That didn't even take place. They are liars and scammers. If you're reading this a word of advice when you want to purchase a car from this dealership. They need the business you can find a better reputable dealership that has vehicles available for you to see. They are swindlers and their scheming tactics are for the foolish consumer that does not know any better. A fair warning to anyone who is willing to even waste their time to come see this place. I had pictures of 3 different cars on my phone , they couldn't find any of them, (so they said), kept my son and I waiting there for 5 hours, every so often coming back to say, "Would you like to try thi couldn't find any of them, (so they said), kept my son and I waiting there for 5 hours, every so often coming back to say, "Would you like to try this one for a test drive, it's just like the one that you wanted while we "locate it"? No real questions asked, found out they had tried about 5 different places to get me financed. If they would have asked at the beginning, I would have told them how much I was going to put down. So much time waiting, never found any of the cars that I had shown them from their lot. Kept us waiting, ridiculous, but, they played it well. Got someone to not get what they had come there for, made them wait for hours, and then finally, got them to spend for more than what they wanted to, well played! Evil, evil people. More

I, against my better judgement, bought a service contract with Portfolio. I was told by the F&I guy hat if I brought it back to Buena Park, My deductible would be waived, but I was welcome to pay the deductible and go anywhere else of my choosing. Which is now my current problem. My vehicle is currently at Cerritos Nissan and I need to use said contract. My claim was denied because there is an exclusion stating that I HAVE to take my car to Buena Park since it is within 20 miles. They explained that if I have Buena Park call and release authorization, that they can proceed with my claim. So, I called your service dept at 1:30pm. I left a message with a female who said that the manager, Alan, would call me back. at 4:45pm, I called again and left a message with a service advisor, who again said he would tell Alan. at 4:55, Alan spent 4 minutes on the phone with me and said that it was an F&I issue and he would have them call me. at 5:45pm, I called to speak to F&I. I was transferred to a mailbox that was full and hung up on, twice. the 3rd time I called, the receptionist said she would personally walk a message to F&I and they would call me back. @7:40 pm, I called and was on hold for 5 minutes before I hung up and dialed the number for sales. at 7:50pm, I finally spoke to Sunny who said he would personally have the F&I guy call me in front of him. While he did have him call me at 7:55pm, he failed to explain the situation. So, I repeated my story, again. He said there was nothing he could do and I needed to speak to Alan in Service. I am absolutely flabbergasted that I am being held hostage when I paid for a service contract. After being treated this way, why would I want to take my vehicle to your shop or buy another vehicle at this location. I NEED ANYONE who cares about customer service to get this handled for me. More

They sold my daughter, her first car-2022 Sentra, a broken pre certified car and tried to blame her. The tie rods were bent and there's rust underneath the car. We took it back 2 weeks after we bought it when we found out and they were very rude accusing us of doing that. My daughter was lucky she didn't get into an accident. They insisted that we needed to pay for the damages since it was our fault. It took about 3 weeks to get that car back. Now my daughter doesn't want to drive it. She doesn't feel secure in it. I wish I would have read the reviews before going there. So disappointing. More
