Good job Kevin I really liked the way Kevin handled my rejection of the car. I would have bought the car today but the car fax said it was never in an accident. It was clear that the car had been painted and some major body work had been done. Unfortunately who ever did the work did a terrible job. Paint didn’t match and dust from sanding was built up in gas cap door and paint was already peeling inside door jams .Wish we could have found another car around same price. He pointed out any small imperfections on the car to be sure i was fully aware of what I was purchasing as the cars on the lot are sold as-is. After we chose the car we wanted to buy, the sales manager, Abner came over and made sure we were happy with the purchase we were about to make. He too was very helpful and transparent with the process. Overall my experience with HGREG was a 10 out of 10. I won’t buy a car anywhere else again! More
