Experience after sale is to speak kindly, horrible. I had some problems with the car that was discussed while at dealer and tried to get settled but to no avail. I have been reaching out to the dealer a I had some problems with the car that was discussed while at dealer and tried to get settled but to no avail. I have been reaching out to the dealer and was advised to send information on repair and that I would be contacted. I purchased the vehicle on 8/02 and to this day it has not been resolved. I have called and left messages, sent emails to Hebert C. and still have not been contacted. I have tried reaching out to the dealership and was given another person to speak with but stated he was busy and would call me back and no return call from him either (Mr. Fred). Common courtesy is to contact someone and not ignore them. But I guess the reasoning is that they have sold the vehicle and don’t care about the service after call. But in my opinion care afteR sale is just important. If there was any way to contact someone in higher authority I would do that but can’t find any information of anyone to contact.i I would also like to have noted that the overall condition of the vehicle as far as detailing was not good. I had to take the car to have it detailed after the purchase. I would appreciate any assistance to reach someone in higher authority to speak with. More
