Super easy, super fast, super friendly Miguel literally walked me through the whole process! First he sat me down on the computer to find a car that fits my budget. Then we went to a “huge” Miguel literally walked me through the whole process! First he sat me down on the computer to find a car that fits my budget. Then we went to a “huge” warehouse full of cars! I drove the car I wanted back to the dealer, sat with a very loving finance manager. Soon after Miguel handed me my key, unfortunately there was only one key. All in all it was fast and stress free. Thank you Miguel and Sadel!! Oh and Bryan was also a seeethart!! Thanks guys!! More

An $899 dealer fee, a mark up in the actual purchase price, AND THEN they pad your interest rate if you are financing with probably upwards of 2%. I have close to an 800 Beacon and they were still trying to hit me with a 6.84% rate..the only reason I decided to move forward was that the car was in great shape and still had about 6 months of warranty left on it. Car was hit Lied about vehicle being hit...said it was a minor front end...car was hit in several spots...flew in from Arizona to pick this car up for my daughter Lied about vehicle being hit...said it was a minor front end...car was hit in several spots...flew in from Arizona to pick this car up for my daughters 16th birthday and really had no choice but to accept it. Did not fill it up, the car was was not clean on the inside or outside...had to spend another $200 to get it detailed before presenting to my daughter... These guys ARE YOUR TYPICAL USED CAR SALESMAN who do not give a xxxx about what they are selling you.... In it for a quick buck.... They also knew the time I was landing and left me standing around the dealership for over an hour even though paperwork was completed the week before.. Would not reccomend in any way More

Receptionist signed for check and then sat on it, salesman and manager did not find it until 5:30pm after she signed at10:30am. Today no paperwork, manager said ups doesn’t deluver on Sat.. really? Fed Ex just delivered a package to me. So Monday is Labor day no mail, I leave the country Wed and will have not received my car.. I ususlly buy a car and get it that day or next day. Then will take over 10 days.. ridiculous!!! More
