Awful Customer Service Like buying or trading in a vehicle is not stressful enough, our experience at HGregg was horrific. Was kept waiting forever. The sales personal lacks experience and knowledge of the trade. The English language does not exist in this facility. The Sales Manager, was the worse of all. He lacks, professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Has no busines being a manager. He is rude and insulting. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are liars. They tell you one price and then offer you something else. Read the fine print!! I would never recommend this dealer to anybody. DO NOT GO THERE!!!! More
