Great deals at a volume dealership This place is busy. Actually, it's kind of a circus. At one point someone test drove the car I put my money on! But let me start at the beginning. Most of the bad reviews of this place are from people from out of town trying to make an appointment, so I was a little cautious. Luckily I got Brandon R. when I called. Brandon is a quick guy. When I told him where I was from and what I was looking for, he made an appointment for me right away. Later he called to confirm the appointment, and after 3 hrs of driving, I arrived and he was waiting for me. I looked at a couple cars, and test drove one I liked. I am a careful shopper when it comes to cars. I do weird things like watch the exhaust when the salesman starts the car for me. I look at the dip stick to see if the car has been run without oil. But the test drive is where I've lost the confidence of a salesperson. Fortunately, Brandon knew exactly where to go, a completely empty parking lot where I could drive at my leisure without risk to the car or other's property. This is a Carfax dealer, so they have a Carfax report ready on all their cars. When I was ready to put my money down, we went over the car fax. It was clean, except for one wrinkle, frame damage that wasn't visible. Well, by that time, it was late. The mechanics had gone home so we couldn't put it on a lift. I had to come back. My work schedule didn't allow me to come back until the next weekend. So, I reluctantly put money on the car. The next weekend, we set a time when we could look at the car. When we arrived the car was parked in the same place we had left it. Everything was fine. Then, when Brandon went to get the keys, we saw someone else take it out for a test drive! Brandon is a guy with a cool head. He knew just who to speak to, and the car was back before someone else could set their hopes on it. In preparation for my visit, he had asked a mechanic to come in on a Sunday evening to put the car on a lift. We looked, and spotted the damage. It was probably from the car being taken off a transport from the leasing company. So, I was ready to buy. I wrote a check for what was due. But since it was a personal check, not a cashier's check, it had to go through the check machine. Except, the machine was down. And it was a Sunday night, so there was no way we could call the bank. Well, a manager looked at the situation, and asked if there was a way he could see my checking balance. Thanks to internet banking there is, and the matter was settled. But I still couldn't take a $15,000 car home with me until the money had cleared. Well, they can deliver the car! It was here that Brandon intervened, and said something quite reasonable. If anything happened during delivery, the matter of ownership, and who is responsible for damages becomes murky. The outcome may be predictable, but it could take a long time of getting around without a car before the matter is settled. So, a third trip was necessary. I planned for the next weekend when Brandon would be there to help handle the matter. But we decided to pick it up a little earlier during the week. I called Brandon to let him know I was on my way. It was his day off, but he still answered my call! He put me in touch with someone whom he trusted to hand me the keys as soon as I walked in the door. A few hours later, I was driving home in my new car, with a cup of the best Cuban coffee I've ever had. This place has the best deals in South Florida. Moe our sales agent when we got there searched high and low but couldn't find the vehicle that was online. Then after checking in a different system confirmed it was no longer in inventory. It was disappointing but I don't blame Moe... he really did his best to find the vehicle we came for and tried to help find something comparable without success. If you libel in the area it might be worth the drive because the prices are the lowest but if you live far away... think twice or at least have a few other cars to look at so you don't waste your time and gas. More
