I bought a car online from Hgreg.com which was the first time. I live in Texas and I must say this has been the worst car buying experience. Francisco is a total joke of a car salesman, dishonest and not a man of his word. Every time I had to be the one calling him and hunting him down to get what I thought was a good deal, done. I should of followed my gut feeling which was telling me there is a reason why I had to work so hard to get the deal done on my end. Sad thing is I had all the financing in place from capital one, all they had to do was complete paperwork and send to me. This was almost a 4 week process of me having to call him every day to get a response. Then when he would call it was like 2 am and he was obviously out partying and butt dialing me. Once I got a hold of him and was threatening to leave and change plans, I got answers I was needing. When I arrived to dealership, I was very taken back by the condition of the car which wasn’t reflected online. After a 18 hour trip from Texas to Florida I was very upset. The car had a rear fender hanging off (they Glued it back next day) picture didn’t reflect. The carpets were missing, which was shown in picture. The gear shift knob was missing in which was in the picture and was told this is normal. I was upset that the car was on less than 1/4 a tank. When I asked I was told that is their policy. Once I left, I drove about 20 minutes and had to call back because the car was shaking so bad, the check engine light came on and at that point, I felt like I bought a lemon. Long story short, I had to pay for a hotel, stay the night so it could be looked at the next day. Why they would not have a car checked and ready knowing I was coming from 18 hours away. This dealership is sketchy. I have been calling for the part that was ordered (gear shift knob), and because my temporary license plate has expired and I have been asking for my plates. No response. No refund on hotel stay either that was promised. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE, especially if you are from out if town. Francisco is a joke, he talks a great game but can’t return a call, can’t make things right. I have given them every opportunity to make things right and they haven’t. I know you can’t buy a used car and expect a new car, but somethings should have been taken care of, especially if the pictures reflected otherwise. More

I am a military service member that recently deployed. Prior, I was three days out from leaving and I went to HGreg, the Orlando Doral location to purchase a vehicle for my daughter, before I leave. But all interaction I had after him, was horrible. I received a vehicle with a half-dead key fob that completely died that evening. At no time did anyone at the dealership allow me to start the car myself (thought it was a nice gesture but was a cover up) Also after further inspection 3 of the tires were beyond eight years old with dry rot on the insides. Upon putting new tires on the car I also found that the front brake pads were next to “metal on metal” which is a safety hazard. The finance manager sold me on $2000 worth of gap insurance that I did not need which I am canceling now (I put a large amount of money down in the first place) Canceling, as I am deployed, forward. Trying to communicate with the sales department has been next to impossible, all phone numbers go to a “full mailbox that isn’t accepting messages”. This was a huge inconvenience and I was treated very rudely when I spoke to Sales Manager “Danny”. I do not want to be too long-winded but I will say I believe that all management in the HGreg Orlando Doral location should be internally investigated and trained, possibly relieved from their positions. I have never experienced such behavior and what the finance guy did was next to “white-collar robbery”. Even now they are dragging their heels on my GAP warranty cancellations.
