AMAZING STAFF “ Karim Leon” I went in to HGreg Doral to see some cars . I had some question about the cars I liked and also selling my car and I spoke to a gentleman called Ka I went in to HGreg Doral to see some cars . I had some question about the cars I liked and also selling my car and I spoke to a gentleman called Karim Leon and what a joy that was , I went in not knowing a thing about what I want or what should I do. Mr Leon was great, he responded quickly and explain with the greatest courtesy everything to me and showed me all the cars that I wanted to see. He has amazing patience, because I’m very picky . Lol! . Such positive attitude . I wish all car dealerships or for that matter any store you go to purchase something, would be so attentive and not make you feel stupid, by asking a question. I’m definitely coming back and seen Mr Karim Leon . You are very lucky to have him working for the company .... he’s a great accest ! More

Beware of false advertising Bought my car from them because they advertise they wouldn’t sell a car they wouldn’t sell their family members if that’s true I feel sorry for them. Two days after purchasing the car started to make a vibrating noise. I took to local mechanic who was shocked they sold me a car with bad breaks and wheel bearings to teycost 1173.00. I called multiple times and no one would return call, I drove to location where the promised to make repairs unfortunately it took them a week to get parts that I could easily get from local auto parts store. Once they received parts the called to schedule repair in 4 weeks. Do I need to remind you bad breaks and bearings not a safe car to drive. I was given the run around when trying to speak with a manager and the receptionist was absolutely rude. I unfortunately had to take my car to a local mechanic to repair spending over a 1100.00 for my safety. I would warm anyone going here to run as fast as you can away from this dealership More
