Very Nice from start to finish All employees were helpful and kind. Our salesman was Benni. He allowed us to take our time and thoroughly inspect the truck. He arranged this and told us to ask for him when returned to have the mirror repaired. He recognized us on the spot when we returned. They treated us like valued customers and there was no high pressure that you usually see at dealerships. My husband and I both appreciate the streamlined, no rush to the sale, no pressure, friendly service. We would not hesitate to purchase from them again. They have a step by step process you go through and they move you through much quicker than other dealerships. More

I had to initiate all communications, the sale person that was assigned to me couldn't answer even simple questions. Emailed Albert three days ago when I could expect to receive the title and other paperwork so I could get my plates, still no response. I really don't care how many customers they are dealing with, I want to feel like I'm important to them when I'm spending tens of thousand of dollars on a car!! I plan on posting reviews on other social media platforms. More

When I asked if it had any imperfections i was told “like new” all In all rim rash and road rash on bumper wasn’t a big deal to me but I woulda liked to have known ahead of time. I can also tell the roof was painted, although carfax came back clear. Can’t blame on dealer maybe they didn’t notice.. Upon picking up the car had not been serviced even though I was told it would get a oil change and cleaned. Well interior had well bird droppings inside to say the least, still needed and oil change, abd wasn’t washed. (Pretty sure they charge a fee for that) anyways it didn’t ruin the experience, I would just be more aware on the next go around. More
