I really want to thank Herbert and Gerson for the great treatment and costumer service they offered me. They turned a negative experience with Hgreg Dealer into an exceptional one. In addition, I really want to thank Jose L Bigott ( Business Manager) for answering all my questions and clarifying all doubts before closing the deal. You have to do your homework Very good experience, however I had done my homework first, found a 2010 Honda Fit , one owner , no accidents and only 50,000 mi. I drove from Orlando to the Doral location just for this car. Didn’t look at any others. While it’s true many of the cars have had accidents you just need to make sure it wasn’t towed and air bags didn’t deploy. And there are quite a few of no accident cars as well. The staff was fine and Mikey was very helpful, I did make their job easy though. More

Quintessential Used Car Dealer Experience Responsive of the dealership dropped off completely once the deal was made. After down payment and financing paperwork was passed, it 7 more days til Responsive of the dealership dropped off completely once the deal was made. After down payment and financing paperwork was passed, it 7 more days til they were ready to give me the vehicle (note this was over the new year holiday, but that might account for 1 or MAYBE a 2 day delay). It was pretty apparent, the dealership just didn't care about me because they considered the car as sold. Further, I was made promises that weren't kept ("yeah, sure, we'll replace the burned out license plate light before delivery" - didn't happen; "yeah, we'll double check the key for the wheel lock is in the glove box" - didn't happen, etc.). Oh yeah, and the $1200 deposit I gave my cc number for to hold the car for 7 days until I returned from overseas deployment took 7 days after the sale and 14 days after the down payment and financing was passed to be refunded - and then only after I had to call and remind them days after the sale and deliver of the vehicle were complete. If you want a typical used car dealership, this is your place. Lastly, when they advertise "as is," know that they mean it. Caveat emptor with this place. More
