Valentino a finance manager broke his promise and lied What a scam. I was given the wrong information about a tag transfer from my lease vehicle to a new vehicle I bought from HGreg. I told them in advance What a scam. I was given the wrong information about a tag transfer from my lease vehicle to a new vehicle I bought from HGreg. I told them in advance the lease was not going back for 60 day. Valentino said it would not be an issue. He said when this paper tag runs out "we will issue you another temp tag", then do the transfer when you turn in your lease. Then 2 weeks later I was told by Valentino that they "picked another tag under my name", and transferred that tag to the new vehicle. The problem was, they picked the Lease vehicle tag to transfer. Then I was told by Valentino they reversed it after I told them that was an active tag on my lease I’m driving. I spoke to a manger called Winston who proceeded to tell me there was nothing I he can do for me and that I had to purchase a tag on my own. This was after the dealership charged me $129 to transfer my tag. All they had to do to keep a happy customer was either honor the promise Valentine made, or pay the difference for a new tag and mail it to me. This dealership was nothing but a lie and cheat!!! Don't buy anything from these lairs!!!! More
