Honest and simple I have never heard of Hgreg until I was searching for a car. I found Hgreg yet it was 375 miles away but had the car I was looking for. I contacted a salesman who was polite and efficient. The deal was made and excluding a couple hic ups during the holidays my car was delivered by trucking company a week later. It was a pleasure to deal with this company. More

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER (Their Out of State Department) I will never work with this dealership ever again and i do not recommend anybody using them. Everyone that works here have no concept of customer serv I will never work with this dealership ever again and i do not recommend anybody using them. Everyone that works here have no concept of customer service. I had to constantly hunt people down for any information i needed about my vehicle. They STOLE money from me by charging my credit card twice, and actually had the nerve to hang up on me when i started to get upset that they were taking weeks to refund my $1000 deposit as well as the $1000 they stole. Their incompetence goes all the way up from the sales team to the sales the director (the one that actually hung up on me). I have received my vehicle and already made my first payment and this dealership still has my original deposit that was supposed to be refunded once the vehicle was delivered. I wish i had the option of returning the vehicle back (even i lose money) as i hate the fact that i'm contributing to them making any money. This has been by far the worst car buying experience i have ever encountered, and i hope to save others from such incompetence. P.S. I asked my sales rep if the vehicle came with surround monitoring, 2 weeks later, still didnt get an answer. That is the level of commitment they show their customers. Even if the car looks like a good deal, stay away from this dealership if you want to avoid the pain i am going through. More

Hidden fees and broken promise's First they snuck all kinds of fees in who charges $299 for a paper plate on top of all the other registration and transfer fees , every dealer in Amer First they snuck all kinds of fees in who charges $299 for a paper plate on top of all the other registration and transfer fees , every dealer in America it's free and they told me there was no charge , I have had the car almost a month and what do you know , the car has still not been transferred to my name or registered to me causes me loss of use if the plate doesn't come in the next few days , then I called the day after I left and instructed them to cancel.there rip off gap insurance and after being run around they asked me to fill up a form and email back well after I did all of a sudden the girl I was emailing with just ignores the email, then to top it off these idiots gave me a Mykey ( which restricts your speed and raido) then when I called since they never gavee a real key to vehicle they had the admin/real key and we're trying to hide it (maybe they resell the keys) then after a week last Friday they claimed the overnighted it well today is Wednesday and still no key. I will say our salesman was awesome he went out of way to help us but they are all about hidden fees but the company itself terrible , go-to OFFLEASE way better service we just bought another Lincoln from them More

Was not the best I buy a 2015 Lexus gs350 from them, I am dissatisfied with the service and the car I purchase, the day I went there I waited for a very long time befo I buy a 2015 Lexus gs350 from them, I am dissatisfied with the service and the car I purchase, the day I went there I waited for a very long time before anyone attend to me, I ask the sales manager if this car have any issue, he said no but he was not honest with me, the car is making a lot of clunking sound that is so annoying, when I make a uturn the the steering wheel dragging in my hand, this car have some front suspension issue, to be honest I I wasn't taking notice that the advertised mileage was over 200 miles more, that ment this call sold and return, I fly from SC Carolina to Doral Fl and drove back home that over 500 miles, the price for the car was ok but sales manager was not honest about car issue, , I noticed all The problem with the car after the 7 days return policy I stuck with it, it's ok, I am making a appointment with the dealership to get it check and repair, I hope it won't be s lot to fix it,, More
