Went in, tested car, and then bought it all in the same day Lots of things to say, I went in looking to find a specific car they had a Mazda MX-5 Miata RF and was first greeted by Jason. He helped me out through the entire experience of test driving the car and never hurried me to purchase the car. Was really helpful throughout it all. After everything was explained I went on to the signing of the documents, that’s where a warranty salesman came and had me sign all these documents. Thank goodness I read most of the documents because he was trying to sell me the warranty which would have cost me an extra 10,000 dollars overall. After I declined the warranty his mood changed, from being all happy and great, too sign here and get out basically. Wish I knew his name but I never got it. Later on I realized when I checked my credit I saw that I had six hard inquiry’s which upset me so I returned and asked about that. In which I was greeted by Ben I believe. He helped me out a lot and told me that they normally check different banks to see which one would finance me. He was a great help and I left satisfied with my purchase and any questions I had. The reason for the 4 stars is because of the warranty sales man who tried to sneak in an extra 10,000 warranty cost to my car. Also if you don’t want lots of hard inquiries on your credit just go straight to your own bank and they can finance you first and you will only have 1 hard inquiries. I made my mistake not going to my bank first. Overall great experience and just do your research first before buying a car. More

Took to much time, not organized , no system at all So many new employees without any knowledge of auto.
