Friendly staff but slow and disorganized We came in to look at/purchase a vehicle we had seen online. We even had set up an appointment to come in at a certain time to review it. When we firs We came in to look at/purchase a vehicle we had seen online. We even had set up an appointment to come in at a certain time to review it. When we first arrived at the scheduled time the car we wanted to look at was being test driven by another customer. Apparently the call center is separate from the actual dealership so it wasn't coordinated. After waiting and hoping the other customer would not purchase we were able to move forward with purchasing the car we wanted. The entire process without looking at other cars took 5-1/2 hours from the time we arrived until when we finally left. It seemed to be a lot of little things that added up, our trade in wasn't looked at timely which held up financing, no one seemed to be able to explain the next step to us clearly, the warranty we and overall it felt like it could've gone much faster. For saying that they want the process to be different with no haggle pricing, my last car purchase where i did negotiate the price was still about 2-1/2 hours shorter. On top of the process, the music is incredibly loud and if you're sitting around for a long time it's not enjoyable and if you have kids the music is completely uncensored. On the plus side the pricing was good, the staff was all friendly and knowledgeable on their specific part of the process. More
