His choice of a finance manager also helped me find every possible way to achieve a lower payment for the vehicle I want. The combination of the two made things feel personable in a chaotic facility. There is nothing but chaos around the whole place, the configuration should be changed to isolate the sales person with the customer. Other then that, my overall experience was great. More

I knew exactly what car I was going for and told every employee I talked to the exact car. I stated at what time and day I was going and when I got in I still didn't have a sales person assigned to me. I had to wait for a long time before they took me with a shuttle to their off-site location to see it. The car was dirty which I wouldn't expect from a dealer as I would from a private party. Their dealer fees + documentation fees combined are over 1100 dollars +Tax. The whole time you are there you will be hearing horrible music which won't even let you think due to how loud it is. The seller and finance person would argue about pricing which ended up costing me more money as they changed the total amount the very last minute. Overall the worst experience I ever had. More
