Sales team (not just Aimee, but certainly including her) was like Jekyll and Hyde- after the deal was done, any follow-up care or verbal agreements didn't matter anymore and salesperson niceness totally disappeared. We became chop liver. Beware on the details of the contract too. Additional mysterious fees were caught on the loan application that had to be taken off. Also, we returned for some follow up and nobody acknowledged our existence. Never said hello. Made us wait hours for something that could have taken 30 minutes - while we saw them eating a sandwich in the garage at 10 am in the morning. Very disrespectful and rude. Don't let them rush you through to the deal. H Greg Doral needs to realize that the key to repeat business and excellent customer service is about PEOPLE not VOLUME and PROFIT. More

I’ve visited other dealers before and dealt with other sales people, but Brian went above and beyond to help me. 1st of the approach was super natural and inviting, most salesmen are very invasive, Brian was the total opposite. I already knew what car I wanted to see, he provided courtesy refreshments for me and my family. We then got escorted to one of the warehouses where they store more vehicles, during the short trip we all laughed and felt very relaxed, this was very comforting for me. I was astonished the immense selection of vehicles, but no doubt when I saw the car I came looking for I fell in love! We then drove off to test drive the car and I can only say it has been the best test drive experience I’ve ever had, it was fun, informative, and super comfortable. After I knew this was the vehicle for me, Brian went above and beyond to get me qualified for loan on this vehicle, him and his team were extremely professional and assertive,this assured a quick and hassle free experience. The total process took no more than 30 minutes, they had all my paperwork in order and my new car detailed. When we arrived, we were shown the CarFax of the car we wanted t My wife and I decided to go look at a used Hyundai at HGreg that we had seen online. When we arrived, we were shown the CarFax of the car we wanted to see. The records showed that the car had been in an accident in the past, so we decided against buying it. We were then escorted to a desk with a computer on it where we looked at possible alternatives. After looking at a series of cars, we ended choosing three to go look at in person. We were very pleasantly surprised when our salesman Michel Morgado showed us three truly amazing cars in their huge warehouse just down the road from the roadside dealership. We ended up leaving there in a fabulous immaculate Lexus RX 350 and couldn’t be happier. That place is awesome! No pressure, no xxxxxxxx, no lies. Just great advice and wonderful staff.
