So I spoke to the assistant GM and in his words every vehicle sold at Hgreg has this fee of $1598 which they call a Limited Warranty that you are forced to purchase our not buy the vehicle. Plus he says the owners are prepared for anything that may come there way after forcing you to purchase have this bogus warranty. Furthermore I'm not sure who on here gave more then 2 stars but I'm sure it's because they were mislead also.

Rodrigo, Your team apologize while I was at your dealership. However, that doesn’t do anything to compensate for the lost of a day or the money spend to drive down to Houston. There were many things you could have done none of what you did. Could’ve said if you come back once the car is fixed we’ll give you a special price on it. All you said was I’m sorry. As you get older you realize how important time is. Your dealership has a blatant disregard for people’s time. I will continue to submit poor reviews on Hgreg until you provide a solution to your poor service that isn’t a “I’m sorry I wasted your time”.
